Checks are accepted at the door with prior reservations, but payment must be received by the date of event or payment at the door will be expected.
Cancellations to online registrations must be recieved no later than 5 p.m. on August 16, 2011, or you will incur fee for attendance. Full refunds will be issued for timely cancellations. Payment must be received by the day of the event, or payment at the door will be expected. Reservations are transferable, but member/non-member pricing will apply to transferred registrations. Non-payment of registration fees will prevent registration/attendance at future events until paid in full.
