The South Florida Paralegal
Association (SFPA) is proud to present its CLA/CP Review/Study Course
for those preparing to take the NALA-sponsored CLA/CP Exam on December
5 and 6, 2008. This eight-week Review/Study Course is scheduled to
begin on September 20, 2008 and continue through November 15, 2008.
Review classes are scheduled on Saturdays at Florida International
University (FIU) located at 11200 SW 8th Street from 10:00 a.m. to12:00
noon and from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., or as otherwise indicated. The course
is designed to allow the students to digest the material on their own
the week immediately prior to the review of the material with the
instructors in the Saturday classes. The mock exam at the end of the
course provides the students a further measure of confidence by
simulating the testing environment.
Deadline to register for SFPA's Study Course is September 17, 2008. The registration form can be downloaded from SFPA's website at: http://www.sfpa.info/site/miscellaneous/CLA_CP_Review-Sept2008.pdf. Detailed schedule information will be posted shortly. Please note each
participant MUST secure their own copy of the CLA Review Manual a week
prior to the start of the program to participate in SFPA's Study Course. The CLA Review Manual may be purchased from NALA directly at www.nala.org.
Registration for the NALA exam is separate, and must be done
directly with NALA. The on-time deadline for the December 2008 exam
registration is October 1, 2008 and late registration for the exam is
accepted until October 16, 2008 for an additional fee. Please visit
